      - young teammates - low entree requirements - good even if you only graduated

      Cons

      - salary is always lower that competitors - workload could be really enormous - no one cares about you as a person - you are only piece of resource

      Pros

      People try to be friendly, you can learn a lot in telecom if you want to. Business trips all over the world.

      Cons

      Too many documentation routine work, lots of commitments, office spaces in St Petersburg and Moscow are dull and not comfortable. Medium salaries, no big perks. You have lots of managers to commit your work.

Open door policy Interesting technologies. NetCracker is at leading edge in OSS / BSS space and opportunity to get involved in these cutting edge areas Lots of smart people to work with and learn from Very fair compensation and benefits. Opportunities to be appropriately rewarded for successful performers
