Pros

1) Good learning curve, wont get saturated as the framework is so big 2) No tight deadlines, work as you wish on your timings 3) If you think to walk you can walk, if you think to run yes that too, if you want to fly also yes in NC (I mean NC has options to utilize your fullest potential and its based on your willingness) 4) Hike perks are very good and completely based on performance. 5) Futuristic projects and I see lot of opportunities in the promotion ladder as the company is in growth pace. 6) Managers are approchable at any issues. 7) Leaves are approved without any hassle's.

Cons

1) No open feedbacks and appreciations 2) No awards and recognition Since, pay is very good, I don't mine on these, though missing some personal touch. :-) I guess, HR is working on these points.

Good Work Experience and Worklife Balance

Pros

There is a trust which the employee can earn and take great leaps. With my experience here, I have never seen a turbulence in the environment during work or in general times. Best company to work when it comes to work-life balance as the company understands the needs of every employee.

Cons

Though the office in Hyderabad is expansive and very energetic with lot of activities, I work out of Bangalore. The office space is little less and the management is unable to get various activities done.

Pros

Repetitive work where you don't need to apply any brains, If you like SQL/PL SQL then good place to work.

Cons

Higher management don't care for its employees. The reason is that the work you do is so simple and repetitive that you can be easily replaced by any fresher and full politics are there, Mgmt will not hear to you, Manager Ratings are final. No new technologies are there. They have their own Framework in which you have to do all dabba work.
