The cons for any organization depends on various factors

Worst Management, Lots of politics Lots of folks in management from pune location are biased they only promote to their favourites Line manager roles are so useless they are of no use. There is no place for the person who wants to grow , only people good in pleasing managers can grow.

Annual company wise appraisal cycles are not there so there is no clarity when will everyone receive appraisal, it is behind the door process only to selective ones. Received only once in single digit in last 3 yrs. Don't know when will it happen next. Culture wise not so happening, all middle aged tired of life exhausted senior crowd. No cheerful vibes, even the events look like obligations. You may feel catastrophobic. If you were having project you were good, if released for project ramping down, suddenly you will be labelled as non-performer and eliminated. However, your manager who were also released, will stay. Dare not to ask feedback, it will be served in bits and pieces with minor flaws exaggarrated and achievments eliminated.

Forcing employees to come to office 3 days a week whereas it was said 2days WFO at time of joining. On Addition employee has to be in office for 8 hours. They are not providing any cab service and wants employee to be in office. There is no meal coupon or anything from the company, all you have to manage on your own. There is a lot of micro management

Post 2020, management changed and micro management started, no support in giving new projects and no hike until we request, asks employees to come office 3 days, which is fine but 8 hours strict is an inhuman thing, which company would be this strict and no cab facility..no reimbursement..seems like HR management is mindless in implementing these things...managers and directors are worst and not supportive..please don't join

1.)Russians has so much say in your work that you wont be able to perform well. 2.)Indian line managers are for namesake they just there to ask if you have any issues with russians but they wont do anything for it. 3.)If you are from devops cloud background do not join it will spoil your career. 4.)They have in house devops toolset on which you need to spend time to understand and your outside knowledge is of no use and you will struggle to keep up the work. 5.)Wont add any value to your career because you will be working on there internal devops toolset. 6.)People who dont want to work stays and people like us who want to learn and grow leaves the company. 7.)Also they have recently moved from 2 day WFO to 3 days WFO. 8.)HR are so worst they keep comparing company with the likes of service based compay like TCS,Infosys.

- Feedbacks are not transparent, you will never know what your manager has rated you. - Appraisals are not regular, there does not seem to be a standard process/interval for revising salaries. - New office in Gurugram has many complaints of bad management, who are micromanagers, have unrealistic expectations, give undue hard time to employees. Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad seem to be better in this area, better pool of managers there. - Based on your role, there is possibility of very poor work life balance.
