Pros

Great facilities, great pay and smart people

Cons

No work life balance, clear top and bottom associate breakdown, care more about the numbers than the people...and everyone feels it.

Can't retain top talent. - Products regularly go down but company refuses to tell clients. - Inflated management levels. Too many sales and managers, not enough people to do the actual work. - Sales team either doesn't know the product they are selling or are willing to say it has features it doesn't. - Negligible training.

Pros

If you're on the IT engineering side they offer huge salaries to under-qualified individuals. Work from home opportunities and vacation plans are better than others in the area. Very casual environment.

Cons

If you're in any other team, the pay is not nearly as competitive. The company recently restructured its cloud hosting team, however intentionally refuses to fill staffing to meet their own restructure plan. Many teams are becoming increasingly short staffed, with management concurrently wondering why deadlines are being missed or projects are delayed. A culture of working together for the betterment of the company and its clients is non-extent. Instead is a very self-centered and self-fulfilling mindset both for individuals and organizational teams. The amount of capital wasted on poorly thought out initiatives is astronomical, while the organization concurrently hands out promotions and senior titles to the sponsors of these failed initiatives. The core products of the business were never designed to be hosted in a cloud environment. The knowledge level of staff relating to its own applications is extremely barren. Rebooting servers is exponentially the highest resolution approach as opposed to analyzing and resolving underlying application flaws. Performance problems in the hosted environment are a daily occurrence. Many staff will refuse to investigate their own responsibilities and throw the slightest degree of difficulty tasks or tickets over the fence to other, unrelated teams. The organization touts a large value on client relationships as a trusted mental health partner. This relationship is 100% determined on the size of the contract. Multiple clients have gone bankrupt in large part due to the demanding fees of the organization. It's embarrassing as an associate to be required to promote the sales pitch while its extremely obvious that the company is entirely indifferent to any aspects of the industry within which it operates. Career progression is dictated entirely upon your ability to schmooze those above you. It's entirely possible to outperform your peers by a multiplicative degree and be denied any sort of acknowledgement or compensation. The political plays by the management layer are both immense and completely pointless. Members of management will propagate false rumors about their own staff if it benefits them politically. Somehow, morale is mysteriously low as a result, but nobody can figure out why!
