Pros
Some managers are very good leaders and recognize individuals' needs and will make accommodations to set them up to succeed. The same can be said for the opposite however. The co-workers are very hard working. Servicing an area of the population that is in severe need.
Cons
Lack of any kind of plan from anyone in leadership above middle management. Incentive plans changing on a quarterly basis, and very key people leaving. Technically inept company except for very few individuals and has a horrible knowledge silo, which makes it really hard for new employees. Also the software is about 10 years behind the capabilities of any other industry in terms of technology. Prepare to work with unhappy clients on a regular basis, many times for reasons outside of your control.
