Decent benefits and pay is comparable to industry averages. Company has been successful in recruiting some really skilled people.

Cons

It is difficult to narrow the cons down to a readable review. The company is run by individuals who are more invested in their own egos than in actually providing a consistent, quality products and services. The culture is focused on blame and excuses rather than collaboration and strategy. Unless you "yes, sir" the leadership, you have no future. There is zero accountability for poor performance because of all of the blame. It is embarassing to represent Netsmart to clients.

I honestly love my clients and helping them and they appreciate you and recognize that upper management is the issue.

Cons

If you do not work at the kc office they do not care about you and will never allow you to progress in your career or give you legitimate raises. So frustrating. And they will always use you as the scapegoats for your clients and make you work way more than 50 plus hours a week without even a thank you.
