laid back atmosphere, beer on Fridays, lots of snacks, good location central to highway access

not good on the people skills, no one talked to each other, you did not get to know your colleagues

Pros

Great industry to be in, lots of exciting challenges to tackle. The structure of the organization allows for exposure to a wide variety of folks in different departments.

Cons

Expectations are astronomical; resources are ever-dwindling. Compensation is nowhere near competitive. Employees and managers are tasked with solving big challenges but not empowered to do so. People are in and out of there so quick it makes your head spin.
