Pros

Good pay and benefits, HR team was very engaging prior to arriving and helpful.

Cons

Even with 3 weeks lead time prior to my first day, there was no real work for me to start on my first day. 3 weeks into it and there was no change. Was never fully or formally introduced to the team or systems I was expected to support and work with.

Great people to work with, always willing to help. Good benefits. Compensation is ok.

Cons

Movement to other positions within the company is limited. Work-life balance is out of whack. Be prepared to travel and work more than 50 hours to meet your target for a small bonus.
