Company values and products serve a very essential need for its clients. Benefits are good.

Cons

Poor/non-existent product and training documentation for clients. Inadequate procedures and training for associates, and training is always a very low priority. Pay ranges for associates in the same job vary greatly and do not align with associates' experience and abilities. Many of the clients are dissatisfied with the products and services so associates are often expected to address such issues, rather than complete projects assigned to them.
