Pros

You'll find good, effective and personable associates across the organization, particularly outside of the home office. Exciting, developing market where technology can have an impact.

Cons

A systemic, corrosive environment marred by inherent mismanagement, starting at the very top. Things I won't miss; - Anything "Sync" related including Sync week or Sync 60 - poorly planned and excruciating exercises in force fed company propaganda - The regurgitation of private equity buzz words including "run rate" and "runway" which both exceeded 40 mentions during one Sync week (yup - we kept count) - Influx of mediocre ex-Cerner talent given outsized roles yet bulletproof when they don't deliver - Refusal to acknowledge serious product platform deficiencies and related investment /resources required to remain competitive. - Watching quality, well respected/well liked senior and middle managers driven out by one brutish senior exec - Cabinet leaders who fail miserably but are untouched due to their protected status - Never having to listen to a cabinet member use "awesome" "stinking great" or "learn, unlearn & relearn" again

Pros

Benefits were average to above average Company in generally good financial shape, no risk of the lights being shut off Some smart co-workers to learn from

Cons

Just about everything else. Management is out of touch, and quite frankly not that intelligent either, and has none of the vision they never stop talking about. The only vision they really have is converting Netsmart into a clone of Cerner and treating their people like garbage along the way. Don't take my word for it though, read the dozens of similar replies on this site. Employees are treated like cattle and pay is weak compared to the market.

Pros

Making friends with fellow employees.

Cons

I don't have anything good to say about this company, it's a HORRIBLE place to work! There is zero training, you are just thrown in there and start sinking from day one. Employees are miserable, overworked and underappreciated. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Read the multiple reviews about how bad this company is...and stay away. All they care about is making money, no matter what lies they have to tell to make that happen. They don't care about their employees or clients.
