Pros

-Not much micromanagement. -Vacation time not an issue. -Good people to work with. -Good benefits. -Flexible managers.

Cons

-Lower pay on average. -Expectations of upper management don't meet reality. -Most help desk people are in the Philippines and seems will eventually have only engineers and onsite people local. -Lot of top people have left recently. -Current leadership is only looking to make a buck from acquisitions that they are not transparent to us about. -Too many inexperienced leaders making classic culture and business mistakes. -Large knowledge gaps of technical management and bad decisions with critical items. You will be forced to cleanup other people's problems over the weekend and be expected to give up personal time at a moments notice. -You are told what teams you will be on and not asked. -Some coworkers do not pull weight and management doesn't seem to care. -They give everybody manager titles to save money and trick them into thinking the are ready. -Training is not as good as it should be and we are shown outdated videos by people that don't work for the company anymore. -No real career path. We are moved around randomly because someone quit. We are asked what we want to do and that is ignored. -We are expected to train on our own time.
