Pros

Great staff! Everyone works as a team and help is there if you need it

Cons

Money hungry owner who thinks he's going to make millions. COO does nothing but fulfill his own destiny. If you don't drink the proverbial Kool-Aid and be willing to give up your life to the company, you will be let go.

>Each member of upper management cares about the people they invest in and wants to see them grow and succeed >Coworkers are helpful and friendly >Always something new to learn/do- plenty of on-site opportunities >Multiple shifts for help desk positions >A genuine MSP that focuses on managing and doing things right the first time instead of finding things that need to be fixed >The Cubicles are spacious and are arranged for easy team communication

Dental / Vision is not included with benefits package at the time of this review.

Some of the most intelligent and amazing people to work with. Endless fields of interest and engagement. Some of the most exciting clients, and environments to work with.

Cons

Dedication to clients is a must and requires long hours at times. Although it's the only way to run a truly successful business capable of fair employee compensation.
