Pros

1) You get what you put in. If you're the lazy type you WILL NOT fit in as everyone that succeeds at Network Coverage works hard and takes pride in what they do. 2) This company gives you what you need to succeed and get your work done properly. This includes a proper team-based culture and the right equipment. 3) High-energy, infectious environment where people enjoy what they do. 4) Work-life balance is surprisingly good for such a productive environment. You work your butt off during the day and work the occasional night. The on-call is extremely fair and works well. 5) They recognize when the engineers are getting stressed or the work-load is getting too high and hire adequate help.

Cons

Rapid-growth. Growing too fast can cause issues but they seem to understand how to remedy this.

Pros

Learned in 2 1/2yrs through knowledge & experience from this company what would of taken me nearly 8 in school. Very friendly and helpful staff who's more than willing to lend a helping hand when situations get sticky (as they will in this field). Very diverse team who aren't afraid to let loose on fun company meetings (not the boring techy ones). Realistically the major Pro for me was, this staff took me in with residential knowledge and put me on to the corporate side of things. They were willing to work with me. Now I can navigate a windows server environment with major confidence.

Cons

They're not paying me $1,000,000. That's the only Con I can think of for now.

Pros

The coolest group of people you could ever wish to work with. Even as a remote employee, I never feel like I'm without support. Management genuinely cares about how we're all doing, and takes the time to sit down and check in. The pay is competitive, and the hours are much better than you'll find in similar positions with other companies. You also learn a lot here, as long as you're open to it. I could go on all day about what makes NetCov an awesome place to work.

Cons

Nothing really. It's been the best job - scratch that - career I've personally ever had in the field, and I've been in this business for over 15 years. I've been here now for about a year, and hope to be here for many more.
