Not many. I’d say if you don’t MSP work it’s not for you. Can get comfortable so try to grow

unlimited time off leadership who genuinely cares about you as an individual teammates who help each other clients who look to you for guidance equipment and tools that help you get the job done transparency in how the business is doing

Cons

currently undergoing restructuring but the leadership team has been open about progress and there's excitement around the direction and growth opportunities
