Pros

I've had the privilege of working for Network Coverage, and it's safe to say that it has been a game-changer in my career. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in the right place. The leadership team is not just competent but also genuinely cares about their employees. They are approachable, transparent, and always striving to make the company better. Their dedication to personal growth is inspiring. I've even witnessed firsthand the commitment to employee growth and development, from regular training programs to opportunities for career advancement, this company truly invests in its employees. I've had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented and supportive colleagues as well. Teamwork is a cornerstone of Network Coverage, and collaboration is encouraged at every level. Beyond all that, Network Coverage understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Flexible work schedules, remote work options, and generous PTO policies make it easy to maintain harmony between professional and personal life. In summary, this company is a shining example of what a modern workplace should be. It values its employees, encourages innovation, and has a clear vision for the future. If you're looking for a company that will invest in your growth, offer a diverse and inclusive environment, and challenge you to be your best, look no further. I'm proud to be a part of Network Coverage and excited about what the future holds. Five stars without a doubt!

Cons

I can't think of a single thing to criticize. This company has genuinely been the most exceptional workplace I've had the privilege of being a part of.

Pros

There is nothing but a great work culture that is constantly brewing between our offices and with our remote employees. I was welcomed warmly as an individual and not a number from day one. Nobody here expects you to be a master at your role, they expect you to be open to learning and asking questions. You might fail at something but it does not mean that you are being terminated. They take these moments as learning opportunities to assess any training you may need so you can confidently perform. It is something I do appreciate because you will learn the importance of your role and why things are done in such a way instead of feeling like a button clicker. You will not just be in contact with your reporting manager but also the People Development Team, they want to see you win! I was checked in on regularly, they would ask me how my training was going, if was I grasping the material, and if I felt like there were things that needed to be explained more. They really make it failproof to succeed in your role, they put action to feedback that you have. The choice is yours for further education in your professional journey and they will help pave the path for you with resources and access to certificate programs. As a Procurement Coordinator, I do hold a few different hats and I love it. The tasks that I do allow me to speak with so many different clients and techs. You really are behind the scenes ordering what is needed for our offices and clients, it puts a huge sense of value in what I do. I enjoy my workflow, it may get busy sometimes but my team is awesome at communicating and spreading work evenly. My manager is very attentive, kind, and amazing at condensing challenging information into simple bite-sized pieces so I can perform my role with confidence. It is refreshing to be a part of a team that actually cares about how the next person is doing so we all elevate in our roles together. Network Coverage does a really great job with their benefits and social events as well. From free food on Fridays, golfing tournaments on weekends, and so much more that you just need to see for yourself. There are no doors that cannot be opened here, everyone is available to speak with and you are the person who decides how far you want to grow. I have never had to take my work home. Nobody expects you to work when you feel sick. They are for the people, not just the profit. They all have families at home and lives, you are not expected to be bound to 60-80 hour work weeks. I am so excited to see how the rest of my journey goes here at Network Coverage. They are the company that you definitely do not want to miss out on working for.

Cons

I have nothing bad to report.

Pros

As cliche as it may sound, Network Coverage has made a huge impact on my life, overall. Not only do they take care of their employees by enforcing work-life balance, but they also give equal opportunity to all of their staff and I meant everyone in the company no matter if you're on an entry-level role, bench, etc - they'll absolutely, help you grow your career. Reaching out to the 'bosses' has never been an issue, they always have an open door policy plus they're super cool and extremely friendly!

Cons

Never had a bad experience with Network Coverage, love the company!
