You feel listened to and not "just" an employee

Pros

-Will promote within -Upper management listens to your wants/goals and will work with you to get there. -Co-workers are great. You feel like you all mesh well together even with different personalities. -Company keeps work professional yet light. You don't feel like you are walking on egg shells. -My favorite thing in my time being here is everything I have mentioned I have wanted, they have meet me willingly. It is a nice feeling to be heard.

Cons

There really isn't anything yet. For me this has been a great experience in the 5 months I have been here. Lucky to have found a great company.
