Pros

None, probably id say they give you equipment.

Cons

- Highly Unethical - They have the mill grinder mentality, they have a system in place that has people literally fighting for tickets so that they can keep their job. Hire and Fire mentality - They highly disapprove any communication or talk amongst coworkers other than work. - They read all your conversations in teams and edit their replies, I was frightened when I saw a manager edit what they said and made me seem like a liar. - All of the positive reviews here are fake, the company asked employees to write good reviews for a small bonus. - Most employees are from Philippines and they are controlled by fear, which many arent brave enough to stand up against unfair treatment. - They hire mostly outsiders so that they can low ball them and do them whatever they want because there is no law that can protect them. - If you value your IT career, I repeat do not accept an offer from these people. RUN!

Cons

Fast pace, high accountability isn’t for everyone and that is fine, figure out what works for you. It’s not a bad thing.
