Pros

Very nice people, convenient location, good life-work balance, reasonable pay for contract work, lots of opportunities to be responsible for your part of a project.

Cons

No coherent on-boarding process. You are left out in the cold to figure out customer requirements, lingo, expectations and etc.

Pros

Was a fun place to work then they lost a contract and went into crisis mode. They are entering into big data and have visionaries but they lack the doers.

Cons

Get everything in writing. If it's not in writing they will not honor their promises. Under staffed and work their top performers into the ground. The hiring process takes months and most people leave within a few months. They have no senior technical leaders to hire the right people
