Pay was okay. Good health benefits. 15 day vacations until you hit 5 years. 401K is great.

Cons

The Mutual Fund Accounting department sucks and everyone within it wants out, except the managers/exec. The managers and executives in the FA dept keep getting promoted to roles that don't exist and are made up, while the base accountant and seniors don't move. The FA department is experiencing layoffs, due to the butt backwardness of management. The firm overall is very clique and pretentious. Was once a great company before Lehman bought them, then the firm fell down the crapper. I hope this review helps to save yourself from torture in the workplace and waking up wanting to quit everyday.

Cons

Worst company to work for as a IT guy. Blood sucking company and long working hours. Bring your buddy to work culture in Chicago IT office. They will force you to give them 5 stars in employer reviews.
