Pto, if you can make time to use it Retirement matching, if you last long enough Flexible work hours

Cons

Severe lack of skilled management. Selective accountability. Lip service paid to the principles for which they stand - work/life balance, diversity, accountability....these concepts escape management.

Good benefits, nice office space, interesting work, flexibility and really smart colleagues. CEO is a good fundraiser, smart, engaging leader. Org has a lot of potential but often falls short.

Cons

Very poor executive management and lack of accountability, leadership at top, high levels of stress and turnover among managers, problems don’t get resolved and linger causing good people to leave.
