No Saturdays, no Sundays, decent pay

Cons

Since the company was bought out by an investment company, the leads have been scarce and of low quality. Went from 8 states to 21 states. They just eliminated 1/3 of the company - from call center, to managers, to sales.

Not much pro’s since they sold out. Work life balance is ok.

Cons

Leads are dried out. Have the highest prices in the industry. Lowest commissions. Bad management. You will get fed if you were one of the original sales reps, (employee id under 100. ) everyone else is expendable. You won’t get paid till after installation, and after they run up the install bill to where you won’t make any money.
