Pros
- Great schedule flexibility. - Strong brand name with Kohler. - Great products/ fun process. - Always inna different place everyday.
Cons
- For some people maybe too much driving. - You get paid when the job is installed but they take a long time to install and you have no idea when the jobs are scheduled. So you don't know when you're getting paid. - you don't have a set commission, it's based on "gross profit" of the job. But you aren't givenna price list and often every time I've gotten a high % commission it's followed by a lower one with no explanation why it's lower. Same parts and sale price will get different comission. - large lack in transparency
