Faculty seemed engaged and active in their respective fields.

Cons

High turnover. Upper management toxicity, massive bureaucracy, and zero psychological safety as an employee. Not a place to give feedback on areas they can improve. Old-school fakery or intimidation type leadership.

Most students are engaged and excited to learn, library leadership is doing the best they can. 5 weeks of vacation from the go.

Cons

Administration operates on fear and uncertainty. Low pay, no incentive to stay and grow at college. Poor communication from leadership. Library is not valued by faculty or administration.
