Some people are nice and coffee shop nearby is tasty

Cons

Management is out of touch with reality, students do not have tools to succeed, no one answers emails and pay is low

Pros

Many supportive colleagues, resilient students, beautiful campus If you keep your head down and 'just do your job' then you may like it.

Cons

Authoritarian administration; creates and supports a culture of fear. Discourages any discourse or challenges which is in conflict of higher education. Take a look at their 990's and do some comparisons for leadership at other institutions. Very sad as the college often claimed 'we don't have enough money for salary increases'.
