Pros

People find it interesting, easy to talk about with future employers, room for growth

Cons

The internship position was misleading - spent the summer surveying customers on an ipod touch. Valuable work to the department but it was 98% of the internship.

Pros

There are very good employees who work here, some benefits of access to stadium on local events, free soccer tickets.

Cons

Highly micro-managed environment. There is no work-life balance. Long hours are pressed on all employees, get it done or you are out environment. Management prefers on old ways, new ideas are seldom entertained. Department heads are very corrupt and always pressuring their employees. Certain department heads are very poor in professionalism, a cowboy approach and always duct-taping problems. Poor compensation in the area, bad and expensive benefits compared to other employers in the region.
