A lot of young professionals. Working game days are fun.

Cons

Sales positions are a revolving door. Never feel comfortable in terms of job stability. Can be a hostile environment at times.

Pros

Plenty of leads even though most of them have been recycled year over year, they're still valuable. Customer events are really fun and you get to go to all the games

Cons

long hours, you work just about every weekend and don't get to take a day off the following week, lots of micromanagement, you expect certain days (holidays) off and then boom you have to work last minute. Barely any upward mobility

Pros

You get to work in sports. It's a fast and exciting environment. People want to know more about the sport.

Cons

There are many poor leaders in this organization. Twice in less than a year an incompetant individual was hired to lead a department. Neither individual had leadership skills/experience or experience in sports. At some point the individuals who handle the hiring should take a greater interest in what their poor decisions do to the organization and the individuals who have to suffer the consequences first hand.
