Cons

Their upper management and middle management don’t care about anything. They all spout their BS on LinkedIn. They only care about what makes their lazy behinds money and work less. They don’t know how to create processes or follow them. They don’t know how to manage people. They coddle the cry babies . They are not in it for their mission. They don’t understand how to create good morale and think a 50 dollar gift certificate that is taxed makes their employees happy. They have no standards, they don’t listen to anyone when things are broken. They just absolutely are the most toxic, dysfunctional company I ever worked for. I hope all my old colleagues get out and save their sanity!!!
