Pros

Good coworkers sometimes treat you like family Excellent benefits and decent PTO I have a good manager, and I know other people in the company who have my luck in that regard

Cons

Poor pay We have very toxic managers who can talk their way into keeping their jobs. These managers are friends with people that they supervise, which is highly inappropriate. As much as I like my manager, I have no desire to be her friend. There are certain boundaries you don't cross; these same managers will take offices that are meant to be a space for all employees to use and relax, and turn these spaces into their own private office. No matter how many people tell me to my face that I'm a top performer, it's not reflected in pay at all

Horrible People

Pros

None to mention for this company

Cons

This is the worst organization with horrible people. They RIP good hardworking employees and put all their friends in higher positions. They had a large RIF at the beginning of the year and then weeks later, they gave many people a promotion that are friendly with the C-Suite. The CEO looks lost and at town hall meetings, he talks negatively about Republicans. Not professional at all!
