Pros

Lots of things to do so time goes by faster, most people are nice and easy to talk to. The donors are always humble and know why they do what they do

Cons

small work space, can get noisy at times with other people sitting so close to you. Communication isn't always the best, the peons always know last

Pros

The benefits are great, 5 weeks vacation plus holidays and sick time. Generous 401K plan.

Cons

The management is unprofessional, uncaring and have priorities all over the place. There is no strong, committed leader at the top and that carries through the entire org. All people care about is increasing blood donations, and unless your job is directly related to bringing in blood donations then you are not a priority at all.
