Pros

Benefits and working with the donors. Mission of recruiting donors and making it a win win for all who participate.

Cons

Priorities are upside down. There is no appreciation for the donors. People who run the place are arrogant and clueless. Run like a fiefdom. No respect for the people who do the work or take the time to donate. No job security, can be fired on an insecure persons whim.

Pros

I was able to easily provide for my family. Salary was great! Being that it was a not for profit company I was happy to be part of helping people.

Cons

Schedules are very erratic, consequently was unable to pursue a degree. This also prevented me from going to the gym to burn off negative energy.
