In the years I've worked here I enjoyed mostly the benefits and the excellent training they provide. There's a nice balance between life and work here at NYBC.

Cons

There's not much room for promotion and salary increase. So if you're looking for a high paying job and professional growth then this place is not for you.

-The mission of supplying blood to the community is important and gratifying. -The salary and benefits are decent. -Being able to work with some very intelligent people

Cons

-The internal politics are challenging for an outsider -A small group of people make all the decisions and not always in the best interest of the organization in my opinion
