Pros

Great people work for the Times. They are smart, driven, and dedicated. The Times is a trusted institution which carries a strong name brand.

Cons

There are constant layoffs and the organization is very top heavy. Very little room for growth, and morale takes a hit when the company is still fairly dependent on print revenue.
