Pros

Atmosphere is pleasant, salaries are very competitive, opportunities to grow and share your ideas are welcomed, flexible hours when needed for work/family balance. Beautiful facility.

Cons

the area with the most opportunities for employement is the digital area, but that's not really a con, it just limits the opportunities to get in the door.

Pros

Great work environment, the best opportunities to grow! The Times is in a growth phase and if you go in with ideas and strategy, they embrace them with enthusiasm.

Cons

Since the brand is so authentic, you will really have to prove your ideas and thoughts. The company is open to new ideas - but you have to be very cautious of the brand image.
