      Pros

      Compensation was fabulous, especially for a fresh undergraduate. The company was very flexible and accommodating, there were many opportunities for training and personal growth. This was a company that valued their employees and tried hard to keep them, even in hard times. The environment was very inspiring and management was extremely accessible.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of are the usual corporate bureaucracy issues which you encounter in most large corporations.

      Pros

      Top Brand, Most innovative in its industry, forward thinking, cares about their people, responsive, very intelligent workforce, great benefits, competitive compensation, very high integrity, plenty of opportunity if you are driven and can form good business relationships. A very modern business in an old industry. Vey openminded and inclusive - big accent on diversity.

      Cons

      helps to be patient and realistic in your career expectations. Generally not a place where you can expect promotions every six months but plenty of opportunities to learn, stretch, grow, and develop.

      I felt proud to work for such a well known brand and with such intelligent, innovative people. My colleagues were great.

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring and management was poor in my department.
