Pros

It's an iconic brand with many rich sections -- recipes, news, opinion, crosswords. Great maternity leave, and even had hearing coverage. Loved working there. The Innovation Challenge and other developer events were great for networking and professional development.

Cons

Upward mobility is limited. Management inconsistent.

Pros

Management style was easy going, room for advancement. Many perks such as discounted tickets to broadway shows, discounts on your mobile phone services.

Cons

Working with the subsidiary of the Company and how it just closed down was detrimental and very sad. When I heard the news it made me feel like all the process and relationship were built for nothing.
