Pros

Great culture, very diverse, transparent management and clear business vision. Though news & media is a tough industry, especially news, I believe in the company's strategy and vision. And although they pay competitively compared to the rest of the industry, as someone on the business side, it's always tempting to think about leaving this industry for another more lucrative such as tech, finance, etc.

Cons

Could have better pay & benefits
