Pros

Great benefits and engagement programs. Good on work life balance

Cons

Management is not diverse at all, they say they offer overall support but they use that against you during your performance review. If you are not in the inner circle sorry you will not be promoted or even looked at.

Pros

Great work life balance, friendly people, everyone’s a bit obsessed w the name brand. Mandatory back to office is a strain but okay.

Cons

Hard to climb the ranks unless there’s open positions you apply to.
