Pros

Flexible work hours, decent benefits, 6% 401k match, defined career ladder.

Cons

Growth opportunities can be difficult to find for senior engineers, new tech union causing a lot of unknowns/future union dues, even though hours are reasonable volume of work can be tiring, complex benefit structure leaves some individuals out of certain perks/benefits (RSU related).
