Thank you for your review. You obviously have some serious concerns, but it’s difficult for us to respond effectively to anonymous reviews. We hope you shared your thoughts with our Human Resources team during your exit interview; but if you didn’t, we invite you to call and speak with our HR team about your concerns. We acknowledge that we’re not a perfect company, nor are we the right fit for everyone. However, we are working to build a culture that values everyone, and your input can help us achieve that goal.

Pros

The only pro of this company is the sobering "be grateful for what you have" feeling when you start from another company or leave to go to another. This company is so terrible you will have a new appreciation for anything and anything else.

Cons

Terrible, removed management. The culture breeds a depressing toxic atmosphere. Everyday you begin work at this place, a part of your soul will die. There is no team building, encouragement or "fun" of any kind. That is completely frowned upon. It feels like a prison, and you'll be surrounded by miserable co-workers. They also overwork and underpay. Senior management refuses to spend money on upgrading systems or even giving their employees raises, yet the CEO started another Mortgage company and continues to pump money into that new venture. Oh, and if you leave they'll sue you. Not kidding, look up their law suits. They provide a terrible place to work but if you leave they will go after you legally. If you try to leave professionally, like giving your 2 weeks, they'll fire you on the spot. There are senior positions that just go "missing" and no one is apprised because the person tried to give their weeks noticed and they were escorted out that day.. with no regards to the state it leaves their team members in. This company does not care about the plebes, I mean people, that work for them. I cannot emphasize that enough. A peer of mine went through their MBA program, was paid 20k less than promised and then walked in one day after being out on PTO..to find his desk packed up.. not because he was fired, because the CEOs daughter interned starting that day and of course needed a place to sit. He wasn’t even assigned a new desk, this person actually had no place to sit to work. That’s the tip of the iceberg, you do not want to experience the entire thing, I promise you.
