It's a hit or miss if you need help from someone more senior that knows the systems as they are too busy or just MIA. You work your tale off, pull in the highest completed task with a very high star rating and when they are done with you they let you go with no warning, you find out your laid off because you can't log into the system. That's it. No call, no Thank you for your services nothing. Then a few hours later you get an email from HR to sign separation papers. This is not how a business is ran and management should be ashamed of themselves. I wonder how they sleep at night

Since the merger with NewRez operations became a mess and not enough training was done, guidelines are constantly changing. Massive layoffs mid day over one five minute group phone call. Lots of smart hard workers on the call. Might be normal for corporations but not even close to the culture that was practiced prior to the merger and the former Caliber CEO stepping down. Very different company than even less than a year ago.
