      Shellpoint Mortgage scripted reviews lets much to be desired. Open door policy is a joke.

      Pros

      Pay is great. Incentives are a plus.

      Cons

      Company is so fast-growing that there are many missed steps in implementing changes that doesn't allow for employees to adjust without errors. Had to work through many lunches. Sometimes a week at a time. Once you begin to really work for incentives management and auditors will find everything to take a way from your bonus.
