Do not trust your supervisors! There are extremely strict on attendance and sups dont tell you
Pros
Even though they lowered the incentive pay greatly I have to say being top 15% in the company with payments collected I made good money there. I would say you could make an average of 17.05 an hour plus around 600 up to 1800 a month in incentive. So all in all just the pay was okay. Also the people are cool you work with. I did like the day to day grind but I am weird because I love being on the phones. Shellpoint is a decent company overall. Free popcorn every Friday before Covid 19. Easy applying process they will take anyone for the most part.
Cons
Felt like I was just a number and a machine to the company. For 6 month I was one of the top collectors in the company out of all 3 call centers. Vindictive supervisors and serious lack of communications with supervisors and employees. Bad health insurance
