      Great Culture and fast Processing!

      Pros

      - Processing team is well trained and get loans through pipeline quick and gets them funded. - Great culture. Management makes it feel like a family; so we are looking forward to coming into work everyday! - No micromanagement. - Gives you access to an underwriting scenario team who you can utilize during the application process. This is one of the best tools I have had in any mortgage company!

      Cons

      Only con I would say is the distance of the office from my home. It's a far drive, but I have gotten used to it now.

      Good money the time they'll keep you.

      Cons

      Training is completely horrible. Handbook taught with no real association to the actual work expectations. Management has ZERO time for you given the remote circumstance for ongoing training &/or assistance. It's assumed that you're not experienced rather than accepting "their" fault of a poor training system. The current training method will set ANYbody up to fail... not unless you know someone internally to show you the actual ropes. This by far was the worst working experience of my entire career with any company.

      Pros

      Our team manager was awesome, really seemed to care and tried his best to help. Seemed fairly flexible and reasonable with emergency situations and time off.

      Cons

      Regional managers were terrible, seemed to especially hate men. Internet leads were terrible, already picked through by quicken and loan depot, New Penn's rates and closing costs weren't competitive at all
