Ability to work remotely when needed.

Managent changes way too often, what you learn in training is not what you.are told as part of every day business practice, training has always been poor.

Pros

Was able to move up fast, and taught myself a great deal through their loan process. Lots of overtime was available when market was good.

Cons

College education had little value. Management took little consideration of their employees. Policies and procedures made customer service difficult. Least amount of holidays and 401k matching Ive ever seen.

Company has a great leader in Tim running the Charlotte NC branch. His branch is always at the top every quarter within the company. Runs a smooth and efficient branch.

Cons

Company had mailer campaign only when I worked for them. Which didn't always go well. Now they do both mail campaigns and internet leads. Much improved lead system
