Pros

Have made more money so far this year than I have in the last 5 years

Cons

Their loan process is bizarre and backwards. The Loan Officer is a glorified processor and is at the BOTTOM of the pecking order--meaning below the processor. Bizarre.

Pros

You are able to work remote and decent pay.

Cons

Management does not listen to what you say. They hire their friends that are unqualified. They are disorganized as a company and are not equipped for government loans. They don't know what they are doing when it comes to FHA/VA. They cant keep employees and have a high turnover. Their medical insurance is outrageously priced. No career advancement.

Pros

Strong work–life balance. Most teams respect boundaries, and workloads are generally manageable without excessive overtime. Talented colleagues. Many employees are dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely want to do good work. Opportunities to contribute. When leadership empowers teams, there’s room to solve problems and improve processes.

Cons

Return‑to‑office policy feels misaligned with job realities. Several roles that do not require in‑person collaboration were still mandated back on‑site, creating unnecessary disruption without clear business benefit. Health insurance costs are surprisingly high. For a company of this size, the premiums and out‑of‑pocket expenses are significantly steeper than expected, which impacts employees and their families. Top‑down decision‑making. Many strategic choices from the C‑suite feel disconnected from day‑to‑day operations, leading to inefficiencies and frustration at the team level. Communication gaps. Changes are often rolled out with limited context, leaving employees to interpret the rationale on their own.
