Everything about this company is a con. You start off good and every goes down hill from there they make you work so hard by comparing allsites in ranking instead just Houston which is ridiculous

Pros

Not much, other than the fact it is a real job with health benefits.

Cons

All they care about are the loans they can control and their market-share, not the people working for them. After they bought a competitor, they laid me off because I had too much experience and was paid at a competitive rate. My severance was literally half what it should have been based on my years of service. I rated their business outlook as positive because they will continue to increase their share of the market.
