      Pros

      I am a team player and create around me a team atmosphere. In this company we have very knowledgeable players. the management team are in tune with the economy and how it affects the day to day bottom line and make adjustments accordingly, I am not surprised by changes to compensation. must have a lot of hustle in your game plan and must have a don't quit attitude.

      Cons

      Being in the sales industry you will be affected by economic down turns so make sure your nest egg is sufficient to cover the down turn of the market when no one is buying. that is when you dig in and grind.
