Benefits, Paid-Time- Off. Remote work

Cons

Constant changes to processes and procedures. Zero support from managers, team leads, other departments. Favoritism is out of control. Company doesn't care about their employees. They only care about what is reporting on their reports.

Terrible company to work for, asinine pay and some of the worst top management I’ve seen.

Literally not a single pro I can think of.

Cons

The company called all of their employees that had spent 2 years proving remote work was beneficial back into their offices. Within 3 weeks of hearing that news I was out. Additionally, they are paying people 20-30% under market average for these positions even after 3 years of working for them. No flexibility Terrible pay Overworked with little to no raise VP level and up have made terrible policy decisions lately I would never recommend working here to anyone.

Good training. Good pay. Remote opportunity.

Cons

They merged with New Rez. Company culture changed drastically. New Rez laid off many caliber employees. Terrible benefits. Only 2 paid weeks for vacation. LOA only covers 60%. Benefits are not great.
