They had a great training program and their systems were not too hard to learn.

Cons

90% of my team weren’t making their goals which shows the goals are not reflecting actual opportunity. Then they said we had to work every Saturday in which we didn’t make our goal. I have no interest in giving a job 6/7 days a week because they don’t understand how the leads they give us are simply not turning into profit. If everyone is doing poorly, then we must look to our superiors NOT work another day of the week.

Multiple layoffs since the merger No room for growth No room for salary/bonus negotiation Multiple trips/bonuses for people in sales, but only a fraction of an annual bonus given to those in support/admin/business functions

Will lay off at the drop of a hat, will skimp you on pay, not a lot you can do to move up in the company or transfer to a different department
