      Pros

      Tempe building is located next to Chase which is good in the event one scores an interview!

      Cons

      Zero work/ life balance, below average pay, no telecommuting, no volunteer hours, low PTO accrual, unprofessional trainers, contradictory handbooks ( ex: Company Holidays are published in advance yet you will work anyway) , company communication is very one-sided and everything in writing takes a negative tone.

      Poor training, unreal expectations limited support. Sarcastic upper management. Requirements not industry standard.

      Orientation is well organized and very informative. Opportunity for Q&A. Training is fun and not your usual lecture/slide presentation.
